Wound Care Today is a 2-day event, doors open both days at 8.30am. On Wednesday 12 March the Conference closes at 6.00pm and on Thursday 13 March the Conference closes shortly after 4.00pm.
In addition to free attendance, we are pleased to offer morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and a packed lunch grab bag. We try to accommodate most dietary requirements, please let us know of any allergies when you register.
Once you are registered we will continue to send you up to date information about your attendance to the conference. Previously badges or tickets have not been required, we are however looking at producing Badges for 2025 – more information will follow.
Yes please, this enables us to organise refreshment requirements. Let us know your plans when you register, you can also make any alternations to your booking any time by logging into your account.
Yes, there will be a cloakroom facility as you enter the registration area. We are this year asking for a small donation of £2 for use of the cloakroom facility which will go to our official charity partner NHS Charities Together.
Yes, there is a lift to all areas of the Conference. Please ask one of the Event Team for directions.
No, seats will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Each session will be repeated a number of times each day so there is plenty of opportunity for you to participate within each zone.

Yes, this will contain all of the Conference information that you will need during your visit to WCT2025. You can also network with peers through the App and make appointments to visit our exhibiting partners. Details on how to download the App will be published closer to the Conference.

All delegates that attend WCT 2025 will be emailed a link to download their certificate of attendance on Friday 14th March.
Each place to WCT is worth over £500! So we can continue to offer WCT as a FREE event please do ensure that you let us know if you are unable to attend. You can cancel your place by logging onto your account and visiting the ‘my events’ section within your profile at www.woundcare-today.com or email us directly at conference@woundcare-today.com
For insurance purposes, the event is only open to over 16-year-olds.
The Telford International Centre's central location means it's easily accessible from anywhere in the UK. We've put together these approximate drive times to give you an idea of how long your journey is likely to take:
Birmingham City Centre: 45 minutes
Manchester City Centre: 1 hour 30 minutes

The Telford International Centre is a hugely accessible event destination in the heart of the UK. Gate B is at the rear of the building and the closest car park to WCT Registration please use postcode TF3 4EH or What Three Words: Dive, Replying, Buzzards.
The Telford International Centre has over 1500 car parking spaces onsite, all within easy walking distance of the venue. Gate B is the closest to WCT Registration, but all car parks offer easy access. Watch the short FAQ video about parking at TIC here: Parking at TIC Video
No! there is plenty of FREE Car Parking at the Telford International Centre.
Telford Central Station is located less than a mile from The Telford International Centre and is walkable in around 15 mins. There is also a regular bus service from the train station to The Telford International Centre.
Telford International Centre has four fast-charging EV points on its campus. These are 22kWh, untethered charging points (which means you will need to use your own charging cable), and they are located in the car park of The International Hotel please use postcode TF3 4EH or What Three Words: chill, firmer, sundial.
The service is provided by Monta, so you will need to download the Monta app to be able to use the charging points.

Telford International Centre prides itself on being an accessible venue for everyone. For direction to the most appropriate accessible parking please check with Gate House Security located at each vehicle entrance of the venue. There is a lift available within the venue providing access to the first floor.
